Hey, I’m Ethan—some call me E or EwayTheBarber. Born in Nashville, raised in Lebanon, and lucky enough to have been in the barbering game for 8 years now. I found my passion at 16 and haven’t looked back.

What I love most? Meeting people from all walks of life, having real conversations, and making sure everyone leaves my chair feeling better than when they walked in. I get to do what I love at one of the best barbershops in the state—Iconic Culture—alongside an incredible team in the heart of Mount Juliet’s tight-knit community.
